Vegetarian Barbe-Fu

This was a new one for me, trying to create something delicious for a team member’s going away party at work. Beer Can Chicken

Chicken smoked in smoker with choice of beer. Turns out moist and so good. Can eat straight or make into tacos, sandwiches, or really anything requiring rotisserie style chicken.

The vitamins in fresh fruit & a homemade strawberry balsamic drizzle seal the deal. No you can have French Toast whenever you want!
