Beer Can Chicken

About the dish: Chicken smoked in smoker with choice of beer. Turns out moist and so good. Can eat straight or make into tacos, sandwiches, or really anything requiring rotisserie style chicken.

Ingredients:

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cleaned and patted dry
Olive oil
Tony Chacheries’s creole seasoning
1 beer of your choice

Preparation:

• lightly oil the skin
• rub chicken with Tony Chacheries
• Place beer in container (see below)
• heat smoker to 350°F
• cook for 1-1 1/2 hours until internal temperature is 165°F
• LET REST for at least 15 minutes
