This is my take on my Grandmas breaded pork loin. It is perfect for a sandwich or served as is.
When searching for the ultimate healthy dinner, I decided to put a twist on a stuffed chicken breast. I wanted to maximize the benefits in the ingredients to promote thyroid health without sacrificing taste.
A breakfast treat my aunt shared with me; it’s French toast that’s crusted in Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and stuffed with sweetened cream cheese, and served with a blueberry compote.

For this recipe I harvested manila clams right off the beaches of the Puget Sound in Washington State. Lucky for me I only have to drive a short distance to get these babies. However, any steamer clams will suffice. I’ve eaten more of these than I can even recall, but most of them have been cooked in the typical white wine and butter broth. I had something similar to this off a menu at some fancy restaurant in Seattle many years ago that is no longer open and I’ve never seen anything quite like it anywhere else, so I decided to make my own.
Looking for a quick, easy go to recipe then this is the one. Packed with flavor it will soon become a weeknight favorite
