I prepare this dish every weekend. The kids and I love it!
This frittata is a fast and protein rich meal for any time of day. I came up with it while experimenting with leftover chorizo. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, this filling egg dish will keep you full. Peppery, flavorful and easy to make; this dish could become a weekly staple!
Chicken smoked in smoker with choice of beer. Turns out moist and so good. Can eat straight or make into tacos, sandwiches, or really anything requiring rotisserie style chicken.
A very easy dish to assemble and very pretty on the plate. The walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and crispy sage combine for a punch of flavor and something out of the ordinary. You can increase or decrease the amount of red pepper flakes, salt, and Parmesan cheese as desired. This is also a great side pasta course to serve 8 but increase the walnut halves for the top garnish to 8.
A lot of my friends are vegetarian and I love to help them out with dishes for their families.
This is a twist on traditional nachos, using ingredients that you might have leftover from your Thanksgiving dinner. These are spicy, sweet, and incredibly comforting and do not taste like leftovers at all!
Fancy enough for date night, easy enough for a week night. Tex-Mex flavors in Italian format: this pasta is gluten free, meatless, and sure to satisfy everyone!
