
Super Simple One-Pan Honey Dijon Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped chicken
1 cup chopped asparagus
1 cup chopped broccoli trees
1-2 Tbs. olive oil
Honey Dijon Glaze Ingredients:
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
1 Tbs. garlic powder
½ tsp. sea salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all the Honey Dijon Glaze ingredients together. Then, add the chicken and veggies to the glaze and mix thoroughly. Finally, spray a large baking pan with non-stick spray. Add the chicken and veggie mixture to the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the veggies are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
