About the dish: A healthy, easy meal for the whole family. These meatballs are nutrient-dense but FULL of flavor. A win-win for your whole family!
National Origin: American
Estimated Time: Under 30 Minutes
1 lb. organic ground turkey
½ cup diced fresh basil
½ cup diced spinach
1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. sea salt 1-2 Tbs. olive oil
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Pour the olive oil into a large frying pan. Form the meatballs and cook them in the frying pan on low-to-medium heat for 7-10 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and nicely browned on the outside. Use tongs to turn the meatballs; it’s easier than a spatula.
