1 Red Potato
¼ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Paprika
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wash potato then pat dry.
Cut red potato into bite size pieces, about ½” in size.
Mix all seasonings in a small bowl and season diced potato.
Heat a medium sized non stick skillet on medium high heat.
Add diced potatoes in a single layer.
Cook for about two minutes, until first side is light golden brown.
Lower heat to medium low and flip diced potatoes.
Cook stirring every few minutes until all sides of potatoes are golden brown.
