Creamy Bowtie Pasta With Chicken

About the dish: This is fun spin on classic pasta dish. It has quickly become a family favorite.

5 chicken breast
3 TBS olive oil
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Half onion
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 box Bow ties noodles


Cut the chicken into chunks and cook with 2 TBS of olive oil.
While the chicken is cooking, dice the bell peppers and onion.
Remove chicken from pan and fry vegetables in remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream to pan and simmer until thickened.
Cook bowties according to box then add to heavy cream mixture.
Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
Stir in chicken and serve!
