About the dish: A wonderful shrimp taco that has kiss of lime to brighten up the meal.

Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
Lime Coleslaw
Pickled Radish
Sliced Avocado
7” Flour Tortilla
Sliced Limes
Blackening Season
Lime Coleslaw Recipe:
½ cup mayo
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs white vinegar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp course ground pepper
Quick Pickle Radish
½ cup sliced radish julienne (matchstick) size
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
Preparation:
Lime Coleslaw Recipe:
Mix all ingredients and let stand for 20min for flavors to develop
¼ cup dressing will cover 1 cup of slaw mix. Recipe should make 2 cups of coleslaw.
Quick Pickle Radish
Mix all ingredients except radish in a microwave proof bowl (I use a coffee cup). Once sugar and salt is dissolved, pour over radish and let sit at room temperature for 5 min. Then set in refrigerator for at least an additional 15 min.
Shrimp Taco Recipe:
Season Shrimp with Blackening Season and sear on high heat in lightly oiled Sautee pan. Cover tortillas with damp paper towel and microwave for 20 sec.
