4 chicken breast cut into strips
1/3 cup chickpea flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup GF panko bread crumbs
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
2 tsp 21 seasoning [Trader Joe's]
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup water
1] In a shallow dish combine all the dry ingredients, in another shallow dish whisk the eggs and water.
2] First dip your chicken strips into the egg mixture and then into your dry, repeat with the rest and cook at 375 degrees in a well oiled pan for 45 minutes .
