Preparation:

I’m backwards so you’re gonna start with making your dressing first.

DRESSING- In a small mixing bowl combine Sour Cream, Spicy Mustard & Maple Syrup Mix & Set Aside until it’s time to dress.

SALAD- In a salad bowl wash & combine Spinach, Blueberries, Blackberries, Carrots & Mushrooms together then set aside in fridge while you prep & cook your Tuna.

TUNA- Sprinkle Salt & Pepper all sides of your Tuna. On a separate plate combine McCormack’s Seasoning & 1tsp Of Dill Weed & Cover Tuna on all sides.

COOKING- In a small nonstick sauce pan add your oil & heat to medium heat. Once it’s heated cook your tuna for 60-90 seconds on each side, let it rest for 2 minutes then slice. Time for plating!

Plate your salad mix, Dress it & place your Tuna Slices on top! Add Croutons or Avocado for extra yumminess. Whether it’s lunch or dinner it’s Quick & Delicious & I hope you Enjoy!
