1 box puff pastry sheets
1 Russet potato
1 Sweet onion
1 Pound of ground pork
Egg wash


Fully cook potatoes, mash with a fork.
Fry the sweet onion until transparent.
Add and brown ground pork.
Combine all the ingredients above.
Make round shapes out of pastry, place the filling inside and decorate the top any way you please.
Egg wash the tops, bake 15 minutes at 375
