National Origin: Italian

Estimated Time: Under 30 Minutes

½ cup Softened Butter
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Minced Garlic
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Paprika
⅛ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Fresh Parsley
4 French rolls-cut horizontally
1 lb Italian Sausage
4 Slices fresh mozzarella cheese

Combine first 7 ingredients and spread on the french rolls. Broil for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile form the Italian sausage into 4 patties. Place patties in skillet on medium heat and fry until done- internal temp should be 160 degrees. Combine ricotta, Parmesan and chopped basil in a bowl. Spread cheese mixture on the patties, top with a slice of fresh mozzarella and cover with a lid and reduce heat to low until the cheese melts-2-3 minutes. Spread marinara on the garlic bread. Top with the cheesy burger patties and basil leaves and enjoy.
