GRILLED PB&J w/BACON

About the dish: This is my all time favorite snack to eat when I'm craving, and it only taste better once a month .. after midnight!

2 slices of regular bread (better with Texas Toast)
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Grape Jam
2 slices bacon
2 tbsp butter
Butter Cooking Spray
Honey to Drizzle
*Cook the GRILLED PB & J as you would a Grilled Cheese.
-Apply 2tbsp Jam to 1 slice bread
-Apply 2tbsp PB to other slice bread
-Butter outside of both breads (1tbsp each)
-Use Butter spray in nonstick skillet
-Grill PB side down *First (VERY IMPORTANT) until golden
-Flip & Grill Jam side down about 45 seconds to prevent leaking through or until golden
-Fry bacon until Crispy
-Assemble bacon inside or on top of PB& J
-Drizzle PB&J with Honey
Eat immediately while it’s hot for ooey-gooey goodness!
