Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter or Margarine
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 bag Chocolate Chips

Preparation:

Grease a 10-inch tube baking pan. In a medium bowl cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream & vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy, set aside.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and add alternately with the wet mixture until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon half the batter into the prepared pan. Combine the cinnamon and
1 cup sugar and sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter. Spoon in the remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
