Sweet and Spicy Cherry Peach Salsa

2 C sweet cherries, pitted, cut into 1/8ths
1 C peach, finely chopped (about 1 medium peach)
1 jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
2 T cilantro, finely chopped
1 T balsamic vinegar
Stir all ingredients together and let macerate in the fridge until serving time. The time commitment with this one comes from prepping the ingredients. Have a good knife and a cherry pitter handy!
