About the cook:
About the dish: Okay guys I AM IN LOVE 😍 I will get fresh Cactus next time. The Beauty of this dish is that no cooking is involved besides warming tacos! You can prepare this in advance and pop it in the fridge for later.
National Origin: Mexico
Estimated Time: 30 to 60 Minutes
•2 medium tomatoes
•3 spring onions
•1 1/2 to 2 cups nopalitos (cactus), sliced*
•juice of 1 lime
•1 green bell pepper
•1 tsp ground cumin
1 cup raw walnuts
2-3 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
You can prepare this in advance and pop it in the fridge for later.
Chop tomatoes, spring onions, fresh coriander, green bell pepper, as many Jalapeños as you wish! Drain tin cactus and mix with all chopped ingredients. Refrigerate any leftovers as it tastes even better the next day 😋 I can not put into words how great this tastes!
