
Spicy Cactus Tacos!

About the dish: Okay guys I AM IN LOVE 😍 I will get fresh Cactus next time. The Beauty of this dish is that no cooking is involved besides warming tacos! You can prepare this in advance and pop it in the fridge for later.

Ingredients:
Cactus Salad
•2 medium tomatoes
•3 spring onions
•fresh coriander
•1 1/2 to 2 cups nopalitos (cactus), sliced*
•juice of 1 lime
•1 green bell pepper
•1 tsp ground cumin
Jalapeños optional!
Walnut Meat!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw walnuts
2-3 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation:
You can prepare this in advance and pop it in the fridge for later.
Cactus Salad
Chop tomatoes, spring onions, fresh coriander, green bell pepper, as many Jalapeños as you wish! Drain tin cactus and mix with all chopped ingredients. Refrigerate any leftovers as it tastes even better the next day 😋 I can not put into words how great this tastes!
Walnut Meat is SUPER EASY!
In a blender for 1 minute!
Raw walnuts, soy sauce/tamari, garlic powder, cumin & paprika
Topped off with salsa, Daiya grated cheddar, Tofutti Sour cream and lashings of HOTTTT SAUCE!
